So what can you do about it? Well the fact that you’re reading this means that you’re in the right place. The main treatment options for depression are usually some form of talking therapy, medication or a combination of the two. The talking therapy I offer is counselling and will provide you with the calm, grounded environment in which we can explore the difficulties you are facing. Through this exploration I will help you gain a greater awareness of these difficulties. Once you better understand what has brought you to your current situation, you will then find that you have choice in how to move forward. With my approach, I will help to build your self-worth and empower you to make the changes you wish to make.
Whilst I have all the necessary qualifications to help you, I believe having some personal experience of successfully dealing with depression is an advantage.
